The location of the hotel was great, being so near the mall, AMC theater, restaurants, Niagara Falls. Our room had a decent size with a comfortable king-size bed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I dont see anything good..or bad but I dont see its worth what they charged

The hotel's position was good, short walk to shopping malls, and AMC theater, restaurants and such. All the staff was affable and we had a fast check in. The room was clean and quiet, enjoyed the clean bathroom it had.

The hotel staff was very rude.

The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and clean. They came with bathrooms and a jacuzzi. There were also a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a washing machine available in the room upon arrival. The check-in process was fast, and the service was good.

A microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a washing machine were nice. the location offered was nice and marvelous not far from the mall and AMC theater, restaurants, and shopping malls. It was 2 miles from Ellicott Creek Park.

Proximity to highway.

No coffee service within room, shampoo in packs (like ketchup packs) and moist and damp within room.

Poor maintenence, dirty. Not even a value at the Booked.net rate. I would only stay there again if it was the last option in the Buffalo area

This place is situated in a great spot, close to the mall and plenty of things to do.

Staff received me with smile and honoured my last minute requests too. Very pleased in my trip

Breakfast section need lot of improvements to satisfy and get every customer back again

I didn't like anything about this hotel

Everything about this hotel was bad. The shawer didn't work, the room smelled as if someone pissed their, the door to the bathroom didn't work

This hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to local attractions.

It was ok with the price they offer and is about 15 minutes to niagara falls .. It also provide breakfast wit tea /cofee that was nice

they need to invest of fixing some of the walls and pictures on the wall

Cleanliness, It should have been Black Carpet Inn. Red Carpet was dirty with asaphalt kind of material which used to stick to our feet, had a very bad experience.

The room was clean and exceptionally comfortable, with climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave. It had a clean bathroom, which is always a plus. - the location was exceptionally nice in a very good neighborhood, making it a great stay on a road trip.

The hot tub in our room was nice, but not nice enough for $125 a night. It was suppose to be a King bed, and it was a queen size. The room was dusty and the blanket had burn holes all over it. Small room. Never Again!!!
